    Solomon Corporation is seeking a Payroll / Benefits Administrator. The duties of this position include being responsible for a variety of aspects relating to payroll and benefits.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Process payroll as needed.
    • Process all transactions related to payroll and benefits.
    • Reporting for various departments, as needed.
    • Serve as the administrator for the Time and Labor System.
    • Host benefit meetings and enter data, as required. 
    • Responsible for certain portions of 401K  LOA, Child Support, and Garnishment processing.
    • Support the rollout of new Kronos modules and assist with training and implementation, as needed. 

    Qualifications and Education Requirements:

    • 2-5 years experience related to HR, payroll or benefits administration.
    • HR Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
    • Microsoft office experience, 2-4 years.
    • Certifications a plus, PHR, SHRM-CP, FPC.
    • Kronos software experience preferred. 
    • Cooperative attitude towards all internal and external customers.
    • Help team members resolve questions and help with the workload. 
    • A dependable and strong work ethic.
    • Professional language and conduct at all times. 
    • Ability to learn other areas sufficient to fill in where required.

    Schwan's is seeking an Associate HR Generalist at the largest pizza plant in the world and home to their famous Red Baron and Tony's brand frozen pizzas. The Associate will be responsible for the day to day administration of the following HR disciplines: staffing, workforce relations, compensation, and benefits enrollment, training, etc.

    • Resolves routine employee problems or issues related to traditional employee relations matters.
    • Interprets various HR plans, programs, policies, and procedures for employees and provides advice and recommendations to business unit management on typical or non-critical items. 
    • Recruits, screens, and interviews internal or external candidates for vacant positions and conducts new employee orientation.
    • Executes engagement strategies across business unit.
    • Assists in the performance management and salary planning process by creating reports for HR leadership.
    • Coordinates learning and development opportunities.
    • Acts as a resource for various HR special projects within or across business units or with corporate HR. 

    Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR related field preferred.

    Years of Related Experience: Typically has 0-3 years related experience.
